By using Ghost Typer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Ghost Typer provides AI content detection, paraphrasing tools, and related account features. Functionality may change, improve, or be removed at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for your account security, all activity under your account, and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use Ghost Typer for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
5. Billing and Credits
Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription. Usage limits and credits reset on your billing cycle as defined by your plan.
6. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs and detection scores are not guaranteed to be error free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Typer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use.
